SEWF Strategies

Eventually there will be an online strategy form that you can simply fill in and click submit. That will happen when I have more time to dedicate to that project. Until then, I'd like to outline a few of the things I'd like to see in all SEWF strategies.

First of all, don't ever include actions by other people in your strats unless I get clearance from the person involved. If you say, "I want Luni to run down and hit Dynamite Dave with a pipe," I better hear an ok from Luni. Don't just assume people will do anything you wish, they have concerns about their characters just like you do.

Second, I can't express to you what it is to have the right amount of detail in your strategy. On one hand, I don't want to deal with a strat that says, "Make him lose the match." On the other hand, I don't want you to describe to me every tiny detail down to the color of your boots. Give me what I need to write the match accurately, nothing more or nothing less.

Third, ring psycology is a good thing. If you are fighting a big man and want to concentrate on moves that target the knees, let me know that, it will help you in your match and make your character look that much more intelligent. Know your opponent and give me the way you want to take him down for a 3 count, it means a lot in how I or someone else writes your match.

Lastly, don't be angry if I fiddle with your strategy. If I want to have a clean finish to a match, I won't hesitate to move an attack to after a match or modify it as such. That's about the only way I'll change your strats around. I will try my best to stay true to how you want your character portrayed.

That's about it. Get strats in because they are worth points towards your match. Thanks!
